Project Quality Standards
Our team takes tremendous pride in the projects we build and we strive to go above and beyond to meet our clients' expectations. Doing that allows us to remain a premium brand and ensures the client will come back to us for future events.
When we ask if you can build a specific project and we send over an inspiration image, rendering, etc we expect the final balloon installation to resemble that inspiration image as closely as possible. Of course, 2 balloon installations can never be identical, but the colors, overall shape, additional elements, etc should be as close as possible. See the examples below.
Below is an example of an inspiration image a Subcontractor said they could build.

The finished installation they actually built. Notice the inconsistent balloon colors, lack of pampas grass / floral / ribbon. If you don't think you have the capability of recreating the inspiration image, just say so and we can adjust the client's expectations.

The finished installation they actually built. It's okay that the tree shape is different, but there are no balloon presents, candy canes nor grinch balloons. Also, the lime green is essential to the grinch theme. The Subcontractor felt the tree would look better with a different shade of green which completely ruined the theme.

Here's a good example of a finished project the Subcontractor built that does meet our standards. It's not identical to the inspiration image but it's pretty close. The client provided the backdrop which doesn't look great but everything else is good.
